We exist to raise, equip, and empower an army of prayer generals to live a deep, disciplined, and impactful life of prayer, using it as a tool for intimacy with God and spiritual warfare.
Founded through a divine encounter in January 2016 by Dr Esther K. Phineas, CTK School of Prayer was birthed from a heavenly mandate to raise a prayer army for Kenya and the nations. What began with a few prayer partners has now grown into a bigger movement across the nation and beyond consisting of Spirit-led intercessors.

We currently operate from Christ the King Tabernacle, Membley Estate, Ruiru Subcounty, Nairobi, Kenya. The school has reached hundreds through classes, seminars, conferences, and retreats. We continue to expand as a spiritual hub committed to transformation through prayer.

The 10th Anniversary Celebration marked a decade of God’s faithfulness, growth, and impact. It brought together members, partners, and friends to reflect on the journey, celebrate key milestones, and give thanks for all that God has accomplished over the years. The occasion was filled with joy, fellowship, and renewed vision for the years ahead as we continue advancing His purpose together.

A highlight of the celebration was the awarding of certificates to graduating students. This moment honored their dedication, growth, and completion of training. Each graduate was recognized with joy and gratitude as they were officially commissioned to go forth and serve, carrying the values and teachings they have received.
